A professional 30 second video requires a minimum of 1-2 hours of filming followed by one full working day of post production and editing. We can generally complete videos within 3-5 days of filming. For projects needing a faster turnaround, we can deliver within 48 hours of filming. Please note, this expedited service carries an additional fee as it requires working outside normal working hours in order to produce the edit by the deadline.

It depends on the complexity of the video. We will schedule a call so we can quote according to your specific needs and budget. Factors that effect cost include:

• Time required to film

• Equipment needed to film

• Complexity of post production & editing

• How soon you need the final edit after the shoot

• Formats required

• Captions & graphics required

Yes, as long as the filming location is outside restricted airspace. Mark Sheils is an IAA registered drone operator with public liability insurance cover. We can get the drone shots you need safely, responsibly and within the regulations set by the Irish Aviation Authority.

Yes of course, we are based in Dublin but available across Ireland. Any applicable travel expense will be included in your quotation.

Every quote from Peak Media includes all costs for:

• On-location filming

• Post-production and editing

• Final delivery

• One round of client revisions

If any additional costs arise at the client’s request and are not covered in the initial quotation, they will be added to the final invoice.

Files are delivered in 4K and 1080P, depending on your intended usage. We will check which social networks you require the video for in order to produce the video in the optimal format for each platform.

We can produce video in any custom dimensions required for your website, socials etc.

One round of revisions is included, just let us know what adjustments you’d like.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm and hold your shooting date, with the balance due on delivery. The deposit secures the date and covers pre-production planning. If you cancel more than 14 days before the shoot, the deposit can be transferred to a rescheduled date. Cancellations within 14 days of a shoot are non-refundable as the reserved work can’t be reallocated.

Yes, copyright remains the property of Peak Media unless explicitly transferred in writing in your quotation. Our quotations cover usage rights only.

When sharing content, the client must credit Peak Media as follows:

• Instagram Reels: Tag Peak Media as a collaborator

• TikTok: Attribute Peak Media in the main caption

• YouTube: Include credit in the description

• Facebook: No attribution required (unless otherwise agreed)

If a client wishes to use any content produced by Peak Media without attribution, this must be agreed upon in advance and included in the quotation. An additional fee will apply.

No problem! We are happy to create extra edits or variations of your footage for any platforms you need. Since the footage is already cut down into usable clips, additional edits are usually quicker to produce than the first edit. We recommend producing 2-3 edits from one shoot to get the best value for money and reduce your cost per video.
